Arrears Policy

A strict 7 - 14 - 21 day Arrears Management policy is
 administered and enforced. Our remarkably high recovery rate of rent and expenses is its own testimonial.
Utilising our automated reporting software, our process comprises telephone contact with the tenant on the 7th day of the month and the issuing of a reminder letter outlining the potential for default interest and any legal action deemed necessary to recover outstanding payments.


GST reporting is available monthly or quarterly, dependent upon the client's requirements. It is consistent with the A.T.O BAS Form thus ensuring reporting responsibilities are well managed. All other reporting occurs monthly.
